Japanese style with bacon

YES, bacon...

We opted for the sampler platter
5 out of the 6 tonkatsu options

From the bottom left corner (clockwise)

1. Nanban: Original with sweet and sour sauce, topped with their tartar sauce
2. Original: Plain
3. Cheese: Cheese inside the original
4. Demi-Glace: Original topped with Demi-Glace sauce
5. Okonomiyaki: Original topped with Okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese mayo, and bonito flakes

Missing: The Black Pepper
(It didn't sound appealing...)

My favorites: Original, Demi-Glace, and Nanban

Very Crispy and Juicy

Now I understand why my Hawaii friends were
telling me that I should go, it was pretty good
and I go again.

Please Note: As of March 4, 2012,
