Have Your Cake and Eat Cake too...
Eat Cake Cafe just opened this week, Doreen Fang and I happened to stop in and try some of their tasty cakes. All of their cakes are made from rice flour, meaning GLUTEN-FREE! Their cakes are light and flavorful but not too sweet, the way that I like them.
We just happened to select their most popular cakes:
